Kanoa Wegesend

In addition to his real estate license, Kanoa holds an Associate’s Degree from SCF (State College of Florida) and is continuing to take classes at USF (University of South Florida) in order to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in History. He has completed the Mortgage Broker course in order to build his knowledge concerning the important aspects of financing a home so he can offer his clients a wealth of information when purchasing a home.  He is also working towards earning his Graduate Realtor Institute designation this year which is compiled of over 105 hours of advanced real estate education.

Kanoa enjoys the freedom that being self-employed brings, but also understands this comes with great responsibility to his clients.  In addition to his continual quest for self-improvement and education, he’s very athletic and loves all sports and outdoor activities such as tennis, golf, soccer, basketball and sailing. When he’s not working with his mother, Denise Conrad, at RE/MAX Alliance Group, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, including Jessica, his fiancee, and Kailani, their 1 year old welsh corgi puppy.
